Q. Do the puppies come with a health guarantee?
A. Yes, all my puppies come with a One Year Health Guarantee. Click here to view the guarantee/customer agreement.
Q. What kind of registration do the puppies come with?
A. All puppies are registered with FCI and are fully transferable to AKC.
Q. Are the puppies vaccinated and have they been dewormed?
A. Yes, all my puppies come with up to date shots and a clean bill of health. All puppies are dewormed at 6 weeks and at 8 weeks of age.
Q. Are the puppies examined by a licensed vet prior to sale?
A. Yes, all puppies have been checked by a licensed US vet prior to settling in their new homes.
Q. Do you have any references that I can speak to?
A. Absolutely, please specify the type of reference that you would prefer (i.e., in your area, had puppy shipped, had puppy delivered by me, etc).
Q. Do you have close relationships with your customers?
A. Every customer that has been willing to keep close ties with me has become a personal friend of mine. In addition, even if you purchase a puppy elsewhere I will be more than happy to offer my advice and expertise to you at any time.
Q. Do Bulldogs get along with other pets?
A. Yes. Bulldogs are a non-aggressive breed by nature. Bulldogs love befriending other animals, and that is not limited to just dogs. However, when first introducing your new puppy to your existing pet please keep a close eye on them.
Q. Are Bulldogs good with children?
A. Excellent!! Bulldogs love kids! I would trust a Bulldog with a child before I would trust any nanny. Bullies are gentle, loving and patient with children.
Q. When does the head and chest begin to grow?
A. Bulldogs grow in weird stages. They reach their full height anywhere between 5 and 6 months. At this point they tend to look long and leggy. Then at about 9-12 months the widening of the head and chest begins, and will continue growing until approximately 3-4 years of age.
Q. I don’t trust leaving my puppy with a boarding/ dog hotel when I go away. Do you offer any accommodations for such a situation?
A. Yes. Recently many people have been hesitant to leave their babies in such places. As a result I have started a dog sitting service for those that can drive their puppy to me. Under special circumstances I can make arrangements to pick the puppy up from you.
Q. If I don’t live close by can I still purchase a puppy from you?
A. Of course! It does however depend on your location and the time of year since airlines have strict regulations during extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures. I offer several options including: shipment by airplane (only to 48 continental US states); delivery by car to nearby cities and states; and under certain circumstances I can fly with the puppy to you.
Q. Do I have to leave a deposit on a puppy?
A. No. Deposits are not required, however they are recommended since it guarantees that your puppy of choice will not be sold to anyone else regardless of the situation. If a deposit is not left then the puppy can be sold at anytime. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but in the case that you deposit on a puppy and for whatever reason cannot take him/her home at that time I will issue you a credit for the deposit amount which can be applied to any puppy for up to 1 year from the date of deposit.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. I accept cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, certified checks, and bank wire transfers. Sorry, unfortunately I do not accept personal checks due to a few bad past experiences. Wire transfers are quicker, safer, and cheaper than most other payment methods therefore this is my suggestion to those who are not picking up their puppies in person.
Q. Great! Everything sounds good, now what is the process of purchasing a puppy from you?
A. After a phone conversation certain steps are taken depending on your situation. If you are coming to pick up the puppy in person an appointment must be scheduled. Times are fairly flexible so this is usually not a problem. If the puppy will be delivered via airplane you must provide me with your home address, local airports, several contact numbers, and the name of the person who will be picking the puppy up from the airport. Furthermore, payment must be received and cleared before the shipment date. If I will be delivering the puppy to you then the delivery fee and a deposit must be paid for prior to delivery. Balance can be paid at the time that the puppy is delivered.
