Here is the shopping list of all the necessities the puppy needs when he/she arrives in their new home!

A. Food

  1. "Eagle Pack" Small & Medium Breed Puppy- DRY FOOD PUPPY FORMULA

B. Accessories/ Necessities

  1. Food and water bowl; preferably stainless steel -they do not hold as many germs as other materials do such as plastic and ceramic.

  1. Food and water bowl MAT; that way the plates wont slide all over the place

  1. A comfy and large enough bed and crate (to house break).  I recommend a soft crate; it works great, looks better, and the puppies seems to like it better. It should be large enough not have to change it with age, they get very attached to their belongings; a large pillow-like bed is perfect, the cover is on zipper and can be washed often

  1. Harness or Collar; however a collar is not recommended; you can walk your puppy after all shots have been given on a collar for a little bit, if they pull too hard, a harness should go into effect, since it wont interfere with their breathing.

  1. Leash, a retractable one is recommended since you can control your dog a bit better that way when they are going through their puppy stage: the sniffing, the tugging, and the bird chasing!

  1. TOYS,TOYS, and MORE TOYS, if you want your stuff to be left alone, make sure they have enough to occupy their teeth, and make a few groups, buy 15 toys, and switch 5 different toys every 3 days, making groups, A, B, and C.  This will be exciting for the new puppy.

  1. Dont waste your money on Wee wee pads, my dogs are educated, they LOVE newspapers and are paper-trained. However when a dog arrives in their new home, he/ she will "mark" their territory and a few accidents will occur. But, if newspapers are staining your floors Wee Wee pads should do fine while the puppy is not housebroken.

  1. Brush: to brush out the loose hair that a puppy will be shedding in order to gain a new and beautiful adult coat.

  1. SHAMPOO: puppy safe please.

  1. Cologne/ Perfume: since the pup cannot be washed too often (every 2-3 months unless they are filthy), cologne works wonders!

  11.   Dog Wipes: Wiping them down and their dirty paws with dog wipes or baby wipes should do the trick

from having to wash them more often.

  12.   Toothbrush/ toothpaste (dog friendly please)

  13.   Healthy Treats, as well as doggy cookies or American Cheese slices will be your best friends when

          training your new pup.

  14.   Ear Wipes ( no preference, although Vet's Choice Cleaning solution is good, ask your vet about it)

  15.   Eye Wipes, ask your vet what he recommends, I like the plain eye wipes or Crystal Eye (c).

  16.   Nature's Miracle (c) Spray.  Clean the soiled areas with this "mircale" product.  It kills the smell of urine, poop, or

vomit better than any other product that I have tried, it reduces the amount of accidents the puppy will have in the

          in the long rin.

  17.   Bitter Apple (c) or Bitter Lime (c) great to spray on furniture, walls, & etc., pretty much anything and everything that

you don't want your puppy to chew on.

-To prevent your puppy from returning to THAT SAME spot:

In a spray bottle, mix Bitter Apple, Bitter Lime, Listerine, and apple vinegar pluswater, spray it on the trouble

spot, let it stand for a minute and then wipe it off.  It should work, DOES NOT DAMAGE hardwood floors, linoleum,

or tiles.  PLEASE DONT TRY ON CARPET!

FOR CARPET:  Hot Shot (c) carpet cleaner, or Nature's Miracle (c) should do the trick.

C.VITAMINS/ Supplements

  1. For now your new puppy will be consuming TOMLYN(c) NUTRICAL. Every morning before food, and inch or so squeezed on your finger should be given to the puppy to be licked off as a healthy vitamin treat in order for them to comsume their needed daily vitamins. They love this stuff!  When the tube finishes, Pet Tabs (c) should be purchased, follow the insturctions on the bottle for proper distribution.

    2.    LINATONE (c), reduces shedding up to 70% during shedding seasons, a teaspoon of this oil into their

food every day should do the trick of maintaining their coat.

A HEALTHY PUPPY!!!!

Please contact me in 3 weeks so we can figure out by weight how to increase the puppy's food formula individually, or ask your vet for suggestions!

Don't go crazy shopping and buying $10 toys, $.99 for a tennis ball is considered a toy!!!! They will destroy everything anyway!!!!  Cheap stuffed toys will do the trick for now too; just make sure there are no button eyes to rip off and choke on.  Also, make sure they are not bean bag toys, just check that the toy is puppy safe!
